Full registration by 30 November includes conference attendance, book of abstracts, downloadable copy of full book of proceedings, lunches, coffee/tea, welcome reception, conference dinner and Adelaide Oval Tour. As the final numbers for reception and conference dinner must be finalized on 30 November, full and student registrations after 30 November only includes conference attendance, book of abstracts, downloadable copy of full book of proceedings, lunches, and coffee/tea.

At least one author of each paper accepted for presentation at the conference must be registered to attend the conference. Registration and payment must be received by 31st October 2016 for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Authors with papers that are rejected following full review, but have already registered, may request a full refund of their registration fee.
Each registered author can present up to two papers; however, for any additional paper presented by the same registered author beyond these two papers, an additional registration fee of $100 per paper will incur to cover related administration costs.
There is no restriction on how many papers an individual might be listed on as a co-author.
A bound hard copy or electronic copy on USB of the full conference proceedings is available to purchase in addition to the included downloadable electronic copy.

If you must cancel your conference registration you will receive a full refund if the request is received by 31st August 2016. A 50% refund will be given if the request is received between 1st September and 31st October 2016 (inclusive) and no refund will be given if the request is received on or after 1st November 2016.
